The Reading List Foundation is a charity that aims to lessen the financial burden of attending university for students in the UK. They donate £250 to nominated students via schools and colleges, in the form of an e-voucher, that they can spend on books and materials for their course. The team at Talis thought this was an interesting initiative, and we invited their Co-Founder to share what they do with our audience.

Dr Jamie Wood is Principal Lecturer and Director of Teaching and Learning, School of History and Heritage at the University of Lincoln. Over the past academic year, he has been working on a pilot project for Talis Elevate, using Talis Elevate within his classes. The Talis team were delighted to invite him to present at Talis Insight Europe 2019 to share his findings.

We asked Louise Clarke, Head of Research & Learning Support, Head of Social Sciences Libraries at the Bodleian Libraries, University of Oxford to present at Talis Insight Europe 2019. Due to their unique set up, we really wanted to hear from Louise about the implementation of Talis Aspire at the University of Oxford and share their experiences with the rest of the Talis Aspire community.

At Talis Insight Europe 2019, our keynotes play an important role in informing our audience of Higher Education initiatives and key themes, to give a wider perspective over the two days. Our opening keynote set the tone for the ongoing digital transformations happening in universities across the world.
