Welcoming Isabelle Laskaris to the Talis Services Team

I’m Isabelle, the new APAC Support Consultant in the Talis Services team.

My background is primarily in academic libraries. Since becoming a qualified librarian in 2014, I’ve worked as a Senior Learning Adviser at La Trobe University and as a Liaison Librarian at Deakin University. These roles introduced me to Talis Aspire, and to a host of other teaching and learning technologies and practices in the higher education sector.

I’m passionate about higher education and am currently halfway through completing a PhD in Historical Studies on slave resistance in New England between 1650-1800.

When I’m not working or studying, I like to cook, listen to music, and binge watch my favourite TV shows.

I’m really looking forward to working with Talis customers to get the best possible use out of our products and services.
