Professor John Grattan talks strategy, students and storms for his opening keynote at Talis Insight Europe 2018

We were delighted to have Professor John Grattan, Pro Vice-Chancellor, Student Experience and International at Aberystwyth University open Talis Insight Europe 2018. His keynote, ‘Quality and the student experience in a marketised economy’ was a highlight of the whole event for many.

The session touched on Aberystwyth University’s efforts to improve student experience through their student success plan, and the failures and obstacles along the way.
