Talis Aspire Reading Lists work amongst reasons for MMU customer service award win

Rachel Fell from Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) joined us for a webinar as they had recently been re-assessed and gained their re-accreditation for the Customer Service Excellence award. Their submission also won them a Compliance+ award in five areas with one being for their work on reading list engagement.

Rachel shared with us the evidence that had been submitted, including academic engagement with Talis Aspire, involvement at events such as Meet the Reading List Challange and Talis Insight, as well as internal events that they had promoted in the library. Rachel then talks us through the results and what is next for the MMU library.
