The stories that numbers tell: Proven (Part 3)

In our last post we looked at some numbers that showed how Talis Aspire has scaled to meet the demand of our growing users from customers around the world. Let’s take a look at a few numbers that tell a story that is very close to our hearts.

Talis Aspire is used in institutions in eight countries around the world. We started our journey in the UK and today our customers are based also in Australia, New Zealand, Cyprus, Malaysia and China. Most recently, we welcomed universities in Norway and Ireland to our community.

More than 65% of all UK universities are using Talis Aspire to manage and deliver their learning resources online with Talis. Our most recent customers include University of Hertfordshire, University of Bristol, University of West of the England and University of Birmingham.

Just over a third of all universities in Australia use Talis Aspire. Monash University was the first university in Australia to adopt our solution to manage and deliver their reading lists. In the last three years, we have seen a growing number of institutions selecting to work with Talis to manage and deliver their reading lists and copyright-cleared content.

Half of all universities in New Zealand also use Talis Aspire to manage and deliver their online reading lists and copyright-cleared content.

Today, Talis Aspire is used in 90 universities worldwide to manage and deliver their reading lists online. Ten out of the sixteen UK universities that feature in the Times Higher Education university rankings 2015-16 are using Talis Aspire to manage and deliver their learning resources online.

We monitor them closely and this focuses the team here at Talis on delivering a robust, scalable and proven service. They are key milestones along a journey to find new and innovative ways of connecting teaching and learning.
