Podcast: Measuring the impact of online reading lists and copyright-cleared content services with Judith Keene, University of Worcester

Last week I had the opportunity to speak to Judith Keene, Library Director at the University of Worcester.

As the start of the new term approaches, our mind often turns towards the impact of the services we offer and how we measure it. I have been hearing for a while from our services team that the University of Worcester have been proactively thinking about their rollout and how they are measuring the impact of what they are doing.

We have also recently kicked off a project working closely with the Talis Aspire User Group to investigate empirical evidence for the impact of online reading lists services. We will be publishing updates on this over the coming months, so watch this space.
