The experience of a Reading List: Rebecca Carruthers at Talis Insight Asia-Pacific 2016

Rebecca Carruthers, Services Consultant at Talis, delivered a presentation on ‘The experience of a Reading List’ at Talis Insight Asia-Pacific 2016.
Rebecca’s presentation built upon Dr. Linda Corrin’s premise that you need more than analytics to assess success and make improvements. During her talk Rebecca used quotes from library staff at various universities to explain how reading lists and the delivery of training sessions had greatly improved their experience and made their tasks easier, and they were able to prove this with written and anecdotal feedback. A main focus for universities is the student experience, and through this kind of feedback Talis can see how Reading Lists has assisted them in delivering some of these strategies. You can read these quotes and comments and see her full presentation here.
